The Cargo Bikes holds up to 2 kids or 1 adult + 1 adult driving. The Cargo Bikes have an extra charge for the tours since they are expensive bikes,

No. We operate in rain or sunshine. Should it rain a bit we have extra rain protection in our office that is offered to you at no cost.

You are always welcome to come by but we recommend you to book online to avoid disappointments.

We will refund the amount paid for all bookings if you cancel no later than 14 days before tour start, however minus a 25% deposit. Booked tours and bike rentals are non refundable if canceled within 14 days before tour starts.

Yes, it is possible to change your reservation at least 24 hours before your tour starts. A fee of DKK 150,- / 20,- EUR per person will be applied.

As a standard all of our bike tours are conducted in English. Our guides are trained to speak slowly and articulate well with guest who are not native in English. Private tours can be requested in Danish & German

Your tour will start promptly at the scheduled time. The latest check-in for our tour is 15 minutes prior to departure time.

Absolutely! Short stops along the route will allow for some time to step down from your machine to get shots of the city and our guides are more than happy to take photos of you and your group on the bikes as well.

Ladies should avoid shoes with a high heel. Wear comfortable shoes and clothes. In the winter months you should wear extra layers of clothes to stay warm in the Danish Winter.

Our tours operate in groups of maximum 8-14 people per tour guide.

Your helmet is equipped with a built-in headset in great quality. You will be able to hear our guide as we glide through the charming streets of Copenhagen.

All bike tours begin at our office located at Nikolaj Plads # 34, Copenhagen K. We are centrally located close to the main shopping street, Stroeget.

The Metro stations, Kongens Nytorv and Gammel Strand (Old Beach) is a 1 minute walk away. The Copenhagen Central Station is a 15 minute walk from our office.

In Copenhagen City / inner city it is possible to rent a bike on your own. You must be 25 years of age and present a valid photo ID such as a passport or driver’s license. As a renter of bike on your own, the renter is fully responsible throughout the rental period. Renting a bike on your own can only be preceded by payment by credit card / Dankort, issued to the renter.

On rare occasions Copenhagen can experience snow and ice in the months of December, January or February. Should the roads not have be cleared and ready for our bikes – the tour will be cancelled and a full refund will be given.

We offer flexible group bookings where we make a reservation for the maximum number of participants in the group – 4 days before the tour we will need the final number of participant and we will issue the invoice to you. All tours must be pre paid before tour start.
